Bone Broth Recipe
Loaded with minerals, glucosamine sulfate, and other substances which make up cartilage, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels. Consume this every day, in place of water with meals to repair and improve the strength of bones, tendons, skin, blood vessels and connective tissue.

Save all bones and cartilage from organic, free range or wild chicken, turkey, pork or beef. And freeze them in a baggie until ready to make soup.

Put bones in a large kettle of quality water, add ¼ C organic Apple Cider Vinegar (to help release the minerals from the bones). Add seaweed like Dulse flakes or Kombu. Add leftover vegetable scraps like celery leaves, onions, green beans, sprouts, parsley, cilantro, garlic, greens, leeks, chard, spinach, or kale. Bring to a boil and simmer for 12-24 hours.

Cool and blend. Roughly strain into plastic gallon jugs filling them only ¾ full and freeze.

Use bone broth (or pure water) to thin Don’s food.

For yourself, use this soup anytime you make a grain, vegetables, or soup, use as a base for sauces and gravy. Have 1 C of bone soup daily.
